Description
City Park, renamed Commodore Barry Park in 1951, is the oldest park in Brooklyn. The Navy Yard and Admiral's Row along Flushing Avenue are in the background. Thompson & Norris Corrugated Paper Company was founded in 1875 and had locations on Concord and Prince Streets in Brooklyn. They were pioneers in the manufacture of corrugated paper, and the company was the first manufacturer of corrugated paper in the United States.
